REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns and Refunds or Exchange of Unused and Undamaged Items:

All returns and replacements must be unused, undamaged, placed neatly in its original packaging and with all tags still attached if applicable. Magaruh Enterprises will pay for the return shipping. To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange request, the customer must contact Magaruh Enterprises about the request within 15 days of item(s) delivery.

The following fees will apply to all returns for a refund or exchange of an unused and undamaged item:

  • Credit Card Fee - 5% of total order cost for any canceled or returned order to cover credit card fees. 

  • Restocking Fee – A percentage of the item(s) cost will be reduced when a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested to cover restocking costs. The fee will be based on the return timeliness from the date the RMA is granted:

    • Within 1-10 days - 15%

    • Within 11-20 days - 30%

    • Within 21-30 days - 50%

    • Within 31-40 days - 75%

    • RMA is void and there will be no refund of any type if the item(s) are not returned after 40 days.

  • Packaging Fee - Refund amount will be reduced an additional 15% for item(s) not returned in original packaging when applicable.

We only offer returns to Customers in the United States. Shipments to International Customers are not eligible for returns.


For international Customers, if a purchased item is damaged while in transit and shipment insurance was purchased, please file a claim through the link under Shipping Insurance.

Shipping Insurance, Repairs and/or Replacements of Damaged Items:

We encourage our Customers to purchase shipping insurance when placing an order as Magaruh Enterprises does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for lost or stolen packages nor damage to items that happened while in transit unless shipping insurance was purchased when order was placed. 

If Customer purchased shipping insurance, Magaruh Enterprises will replace, or repair damaged item(s) sent to the Customer in the covered order at our cost if the request is submitted within 10 days of package delivery. If submitting a claim due to damage, please be sure to submit pictures of the box in which the item(s) came in as well as the damaged item(s). Lost package claims should be filed no later than 14 days from expected delivery date. To determine expected delivery date, please look at tracking information sent to Customer when order is shipped.

If item(s) arrived damaged and Customer did not purchase Shipping insurance, Magaruh Enterprises may be able to repair handmade items at Customer’s cost for shipping.  Please contact us for more details on our repair services.

To file Shipping Insurance claim, please Contact us. Magaruh Enterprises  will pay for return shipping when needed if Shipping Insurance was purchased. If Shipping Insurance was not purchased, the Company will not cover costs for repair or replacement on lost, stolen, or broken item(s) that happen while in transit.

Custom Items/Monograms:

Custom Items/Monograms are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • Return/Refund request is due to damage caused during shipping and shipping insurance was purchased when the order was placed, or

  • Customization was not done in accordance with the order placed. Magaruh Enterprises cannot allow the return of such item(s), as custom/monograms items are made to order. and the Company allocates time and resources for processing item(s) as soon as an order is placed.


Warranties:

There are no returns, refunds, or cancelations on Warranties. Warranty sales are final.


Refunds:

All Refund requests will be processed within 10 days of Magaruh Enterprises receiving the returned item(s).

If return request is submitted within 15 days of order delivery, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Otherwise, we offer store credit for requests submitted up to 40 days from order delivery which is valid for one year from RMA approval. No refunds will be made for any requests received after 40 days of order delivery. Look at Returns and Refunds or Exchanges of Unused and Undamaged Items section for additional details pertaining refunds.

Cancellations:

All cancellation requests will be processed within 10 days of request as long as the item has not shipped, it's not a gift basket or a custom/monogramed item.

The payment refund will be issued to the original method of payment minus a 5% credit card fee.

Fraud

Any Customer that makes a false claim, will be banned as a customer, and there will be no returns or refunds in such cases.
